    SHIPPING TIME

    All orders will be shipped within 24 Hours after payment on working days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail after your order is shipped. It contains the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. After the product is shipped, it takes about 2-7 working days to reach you.

    SHIPPING METHODS

    We offer different shipping methods such as DPD, DHL, GLS, SEUR, BRT, Tuffnells, LA POSTE and GEODIS. We deliver products from our own overseas warehouse near you, and the shipping methods depend on your shipping address.

    SHIPPING LOCATIONS

    We only ship to Denmark, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Luxembourg, Austria, Greece, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Belgium, France, Poland, Ireland, Estonia, Sweden, Lithuania, Romania, Finland, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom,United States. We do not ship to other countries or regions. Some remote regions and postcodes also do not ship, such as 97000-97999, 98100-98999, 00200, 35000-35999, 38000-38999, 51000-51999, 52000-52999. If we can't ship to your address, we will notify you to change the shipping address or give you a refund. After receiving your reply, we will handle it for you within two hours.

    Once an order is submitted and received in to us, processing time here is 1-2 working days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next working day. Once your order is done processing, it will then be shipped and take an additional 1-5 working days depending on what state you live in and the delivery service you chose.

    Please note - Shipping options on the website checkout are estimated/displayed on working days (not to include weekends or holidays). This estimate is 'transit time' once the package leaves our facility and does not include our internal processing time of 1-2 working days.

    Some items may need additional processing time (+2-3 more days) before shipping it out, and will be clearly marked and identified on the product page of this special additional lead time prior to purchasing.

    HOLIDAY SHIPPING LEAD TIMES -

    Due to high volume and possible unforeseen weather conditions during the holiday season (December – January), carriers may be impacted and shipping delay may occur. Please order early to receive your purchase by your desired delivery date. Please also note our holiday closures, and that processing times noted above are still in effect during the holiday season.

    RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY​

    RETURN & WARRANTY

    In accordance with the applicable regulations, the withdrawal period granted to the Customer is fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of his order or making it available at the point of withdrawal.

    WARRANTY MANAGEMENT

    All our products have a warranty of 12 months applicable from the date of receipt of the order or provision of it in point of withdrawal.

    In the event of a product failure or nonconformity, please follow the steps below to get support.

    A - Contact our after-sales service and provide the details of your order (Order number) with a good explanation of the problem and if possible attach photos of the problem. Your order number is available in your customer account in the tab "My Orders".

     B - An agent of our After Sales Service will contact you within 24 hours to give you the procedure to follow for a repair, a replacement or a refund.

    For a repair: we will send you a prepaid return label that will allow you to return the product. Once the product is repaired, we will ship it back to you. All the procedure can take 21 days from the day you contact us to signal the problem.

    For a replacement: we will send you a prepaid return label that will allow you to return the product. After receiving the package returned by the customer, our warehouse will send you another identical brand new product. (The re-shipment is made within 24 hours after receipt of the returned product)

    For a refund: our after-sales service will examine the case and will refund you if the product has been used for a period less or equal to one month. Beyond one month of use, only repair or exchange is accepted.

    C - The warranty covers the entire product except for the consumables.

    CANCELLATION OF THE WARRANTY

    The products sold are covered by a guarantee of 12 months. As a result, the customer is not authorized to repair his product himself or have it repaired by a third party without our prior authorization. Any dis-assembly, skinning or repair of the product by the customer or by a third party causes the immediate cancellation of the guarantee. In case of a quality problem on the product, the customer is asked to contact us as soon as possible for complete and free support instead of trying to solve the problem alone or by a tier.

    SUPPORT

    We respond to all requests for warranty support within 24 hours, the full support procedure is even for a period of less than or equal to 21 days from the moment the customer reports the failure of his product.

    This during the customer is expected to follow the instructions of our after-sales service to speed up the procedure. Non-cooperation of the client may also lead to an extension of the duration of the support.
